General Requirement

Promotional Products and Personalised Products

The customer is an established provider of Personalised products and promotional products ranging from personalised pencils, promotional pens, embroidered polo shirts and much more.

 

SEO Requirement

Most of the work currently gained is by word of mouth; the company has a good reputation and gets lots of repeat business, but is wanting to improve the new business via the website. The site is on a largely fixed, quite old CMS which will limit certain SEO techniques. The conversion rate is also poor, therefore (within the constraints of CMS we will also look at improving the conversion rates.
