From its elevated position on the edge of the Village of Cropton, the house overlooks the beautiful countryside of the area with the moors providing the perfect backdrop.

Traditional open fires in the guests lounge and dining room further enhance the rural idyl.

Standing in it's own grounds, the house has an extensive garden area planted with many varieties of trees, shrubs and roses.

There are three double en-suite bedrooms available each with it's own character and view of the grounds.

Cropton

Turn off the A170 for Wrelton, Cropton is signposted from this point.

On entering Cropton take the first right after the New Inn and follow the street. High Farm is on the right just as you are about to leave the village. There is a High Farm B&B sign at the roadside.

Cropton is ideally placed in central Ryedale for easy access to the moors, coast and York. Cropton is a pretty, unspoilt village with a shop, post office and public house. The New Inn at Cropton offers both Bar & Restaurant meals and is home to the famous Cropton Brewery.
